The location was perfect for exploring the city - just a stone's throw away from the tube and major landmarks like Big Ben and the London Eye. the room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfy bed and all the amenities I needed. the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I especially enjoyed the stylish Executive Lounge on the 12th floor, where I could relax and take in the breathtaking views of the city. the on-site illy Caffè was a great spot for a delicious coffee and a moment of relaxation. Overall, I highly recommend Park Plaza London Waterloo for anyone looking for a modern, convenient, and comfortable stay in London.
